Refund Policy

We get it, trusting someone with your GRE exam is not easy. There can a time when things don’t go as planned. That’s why we have a refund policy in place to avoid any issue or confusion later on. Make certain you understand this before demanding a refund.

When a Refund Might Be Possible

You can request a refund only if:

  • We completely missed your GRE exam after everything was confirmed and paid for.
  • There was a verified technical issue on our end due to which the expert couldn’t complete the task.

Note: We only process refunds if the issue clearly came from our side.

When Refunds Aren’t Given

We usually don’t approve refunds in the following situations:

  • If you gave us the wrong login details and didn’t fix them before the exam started
  • If you failed to give full exam instructions (like wrong time zone or incomplete info)
  • If you canceled last minute and our expert was already assigned
  • If you stopped responding during a live exam, and the expert couldn’t proceed
  • If the exam gets paused, locked, or flagged due to platform errors or policies we can’t control
  • If you just changed your mind after the order was placed

Remember: Once the expert logs in or starts getting ready for your session, your time slot is locked. At that point, backing out or canceling isn’t usually refundable.

Processing Time and Deductions

  • Approved refunds come with a 15% transaction fee (to cover processing)
  • You’ll receive the refund in 5–7 business days after approval

  • Your full name
  • Your order ID
  • A clear explanation of what happened
