You can request a refund only if:
- We completely missed your GRE exam after everything was confirmed and paid for.
- There was a verified technical issue on our end due to which the expert couldn’t complete the task.
Note: We only process refunds if the issue clearly came from our side.
We usually don’t approve refunds in the following situations:
- If you gave us the wrong login details and didn’t fix them before the exam started
- If you failed to give full exam instructions (like wrong time zone or incomplete info)
- If you canceled last minute and our expert was already assigned
- If you stopped responding during a live exam, and the expert couldn’t proceed
- If the exam gets paused, locked, or flagged due to platform errors or policies we can’t control
- If you just changed your mind after the order was placed
Remember: Once the expert logs in or starts getting ready for your session, your time slot is locked. At that point, backing out or canceling isn’t usually refundable.
