1. Service Agreement

2. How We Use Your Information
Any detail you share with us whether it’s your login info, exam schedule, or support instructions, stays confidential. We don’t share or reuse anything. Just make sure the information you send is accurate. If something’s missing or incorrect, we won’t be responsible for the outcome.
3. Payments and Pricing
We begin only after we receive the full payment. Prices depend on things like how soon your exam is, what kind of GRE support you need (full test, section-wise, etc.), and how complex the task is. All payment discussions will be finalized before we confirm your slot.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
We usually don’t offer refunds unless we’ve failed to deliver completely. Minor issues or change of mind don’t count. You can read our Refund Policy page for the exact terms. If you cancel before we’ve started, you may be eligible for a partial refund but that depends on timing.
5. Your GRE Results
The final GRE score depends on multiple factors. While we aim for the best possible performance, no fixed score is guaranteed. We do not take credit for your results; those belong to you alone.
6. Scope of Support
We support official GRE platforms, and our help includes logging in, completing sections, or assisting with verbal/quant, depending on your request. We won’t take responsibility for issues like exam portal downtime, late logins, or incorrect credentials.
7. Urgent Bookings
Need help at the last minute? We do accept urgent GRE requests, but there may be an extra fee depending on how quickly you need us, and what kind of help is required.
8. Responsible Use
Please don’t use our service to break rules, fake your identity, or do anything illegal. If we find that our platform is being misused, we have the right to withdraw support right away without refund.
9. Limits of Responsibility
We’re here to help not to take over legal or institutional responsibilities. If your university, testing body, or GRE test provider imposes penalties due to misuse of our service, we cannot be held accountable.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when needed. If you keep using our GRE exam help service afterward, it means you accept those changes.
